1. Perishable Goods (Drinks & Fresh Sweets)

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of beverages, signature drinks, and fresh sweets are final. * We do not offer returns or exchanges on food or drink items once they have been prepared or delivered.

  • If there is an error with your order (e.g., wrong item prepared), please notify us immediately at the time of pickup or delivery so we can rectify the mistake.

2. Non-Perishable Items

For any non-perishable merchandise (such as packaged coffee beans, mugs, or gift sets):

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect:

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the item for our team to review. We will prioritize a replacement or a store credit for you.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-perishable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
